By purchasing artwork, booking a session, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Artwork
All artwork is original and handmade. Minor variations, textures, and imperfections are part of the artistic process and make each piece unique.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. For commissions, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Commissions
Commissioned pieces are created in the style of Sweetgrass Art Studio but are not exact replicas. Progress updates may be provided, but final artistic direction remains at the artist’s discretion.
Cancellations
Consultation or class sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content are the property of Sweetgrass Art Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
